Firewall Configuration

 

Here is how the firewall configuration works on our shared CPU plans:

1. Update Settings: First, navigate to Firewall > Options and update the settings as shown in the image.
   

2. Block Ports: Next, in the Rules section, block the ports you want to restrict (for example, the SSH port) as shown in the image.
   

3. Allow a Specific IP Address: If you want to allow a specific IP address for a port you have blocked for all incoming connections, add the desired IP address in the section marked "11.111.11.11" in the image.
   
   

4. Move the Rule: Finally, move the "ACCEPT" rule to the top of the rule list, as indicated in the image.
   

By following these steps, you will successfully configure the firewall.
